The second "R" in Franklin Delano Roosevelt's New Deal is "Recovery", or pump and prime programs. The programs in Recovery category are temporary programs that will be around for a little while until they do their job of restarting the economy so it could become more stable. Recovery is not like Relief because Recovery programs are meant to stay around for longer than Relief programs. There are many recovery programs, but three of them are the AAA, the NRA, and TVA.
